Dakota Series Industrial Wash-Down Scales

A rugged line of industrial bench and platform scales that offer an array of features and applications to meet most requirements in the industrial sector.

Rugged Construction. Heavy-duty design with stainless steel platform and a painted steel frame provide worry-free operation in the toughest environments. IP65 rating on the indicator display and on the weigh cell allow for full wash down. The ABS plastic display can be mounted on a wall or on the provided painted steel column. A large LCD screen with backlighting and 5-button operation make the Dakota Series easy to program and easy to operate. 150% overload protection guards against damage to weigh cell.

Gross/Net/Tare Formulation. Accurately combine ingredients by deducting any number of sample weights, up to the capacity of the scale. This feature is ideal for food applications or anywhere batch formulation is required.

Stored Tare Weight. To eliminate a container weight from the sample result, place the container on the platform and press the tare key. This tare weight is automatically stored in memory and only the net weight of the sample will be displayed. Toggle the display between gross and net weights by pressing the Gross/Net key.

Simple Counting Function. For inventory, mailing or other operations, select the number of samples from the menu and place the exact number of components on the platform and press Enter. Then place the components in bulk on the scale. The total number of pieces is shown on the display instantly.

Hi-Lo Limit / Check weighing. User can define an upper and/or lower limit for a particular sample, for example, in packaging and filling applications. When the set weight value is exceeded, the scale will display either “HI” or “LO”. When the weight is within the desired range, the scale will display “OK”.

Battery or AC operation. Use the AC adapter when near a power source or use 6 individual Dsized batteries. Battery-saver feature allows scale to automatically power off after set period of inactivity.
